Dog Owners:
$100/pet fee-2 dogs maximum, please notify host of any pets. Pet owners must pick up after pet. No pets on furniture. Please take your pets out on your daily adventures. No pets should be left alone in the home. You'll find dog bowls under the kitchen sink, please clean and put back at check out.

HOT TUB
City Ordinance for HOT TUB
Hours of use: 8am - 9pm
Lock up the hot tub when not in use and when checking out. The key is located on hooks by backdoor.
Hot tub maintenance is once a week, additional chemicals may need to be added if use is heavy. You can find brominating tablets, shock in the laundry room closet. Directions on how to use each chemical is on containers.

Hours of use: 8am - 9pm
Our fire table takes propagne. The coastal weather has taken its toll of our equipment and has made it hard to ignite. Guests are welcome to use, however since it's not in our listing as an amenity we will no longer reimburse for equipment failure or propane refills.

BBQ- While we have a BBQ grill the coastal weather has taken its toll of our equipment and has made it hard to ignite. Guests are welcome to use, however since it's not in our listing as an amenity we will no longer reimburse for equipment failure or propane refills.

GLASS RECYCLING- Guests are responsible to pack out any glass recycling they bring. Glass recycling can be found in town at the local Seaside Public Recycling Center on Avenue S.

Dog owners- $100 pet fee-2 dog Maximum. This is not a home with a yard, nor is there a fully fenced off area. Be aware and mindful when booking. You will have to monitor your pet(s) when outside. Please pick up after your pet(s).

Children/Infants- As owners and a family with a 20 month old we try our best to create a safe and welcoming home for children. We do NOT have locks on cabinets. Backyard is NOT fully fenced and there is no "yard" mostly patio, deck, gravel and parking area. However you may be lucky to find blueberries and/or boysenberries in our raised garden beds. We like to supply children books and some toys.

GAMES- We have a growing supply of games and puzzles for those rainy days.
Poker chips, cards, shoots and ladder, sorry, trouble, to name a few. These are located in bedroom #2.

Sleeper Couch- is located in the living room, 2 people can sleep comfortably on couch. Extra bedding is located in the coffee table/chest.
Guest interaction
No contact check in and check out.
We always love to hear from guests, we reach out occasionally to make sure you have found comfort in the home. We encourage guest to let us know when they have successfully checked in and checked out.
Neighborhood overview
Great location for walking to the Prom for drinks, dinner, arcades and shopping. Rent bikes, walk the beach, walk the Historic Promenade.
Check out the painted rock beach, Seaside Aquarium, grab a book at a local bookstore and find a nook at the local coffee shop.
Getting around
Easy access to bike rentals and walking.
We're north of Cannon Beach, 15 min drive.
South of Astoria, 30 min drive.
