2 bedrooms downstairs, each with a comfortable queen bed.
Master bedroom on the second floor, has a queen bed and a sleeper couch great for a kid.
The pool table room also has a sleeper couch, transforms to a double.
Enjoy a cup of coffee outside in your private backyard or soak in the Hot Tub after a full day of hitting the slopes at Mt. Bachelor! Enjoy the full amenities of a modern, rental home with a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, pool table / game room and comfortable bedding. Plenty of space that can comfortably fit up to 8 guests with 3 bedrooms (3 queen beds and 2 sofa beds)and 3 full bathrooms.

The Old Mill District, Box Factory, and Food Carts are a convenient 5 minute drive or quickly access downtown Bend w/ a 10 minute UBER ....yet you can enjoy a quiet evening in your peaceful home nestled within big Ponderosa pines.

2. Dark gray sofa in upstairs bedroom (best for kids with parents nearby)
We also provide a pack n play, located in downstairs bedroom to the left, in the closet.

*Phil’s Trail, a highly acclaimed mountain bike trail system are just a 30minute bike ride or a 14-minute drive away.
*Walk to the river, follow the canal trail west.
*The Old Mill District, Box Factory, and Food Carts are a convenient 5 minute drive or quickly access downtown Bend w/ a 10 minute UBER
*Haden Homes Amphitheater 1 mile away, easy 25 minute walk.

This is a growing neighborhood with possible construction nearby. We unfortunately won't be offering discounts at this time for any construction related noise we can't not control.
Getting around
Everything downtown Bend has to offer is a very short 5-10 minute drive from your home. The nearby Old Mill District boasts restaurants, breweries, shopping and a grocery store all less than 1 mile away.
